Shipping
Shipping costs include transportation, insurance, and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs fees and other taxes (duties) are not included; the recipient must pay these in cash to receive the goods.
The recipient will be responsible for all import fees and taxes incurred at the destination customs office, whether or not the goods are delivered to the recipient.
We will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible, but the recipient must be aware of the destination country's import regulations for the items ordered, as ARICA is not responsible for these regulations. ARICA is also not responsible for any effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts, or other circumstances beyond its control.
ARICA will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any items contained in a shipment.
In accordance with applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, he/she may withdraw from the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return or exchange the Products delivered at any time within the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery thereof (the “ Withdrawal Period ”).
Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out to ensure that the requirements established in section c) below are met and in the event that the User does not decide to make an exchange, ARICA will refund the User the amount of the Product, except for the shipping costs, which will be borne by the User as included in the following table:

After the Withdrawal Period has elapsed, Product exchanges or returns will not be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted for Products that may have been found to be defective, in accordance with the provisions of section b) below.
Returns will not be accepted for products purchased during the sale season or during special promotions. A code will be issued for the value of the item(s) you wish to exchange with money to spend at the brand itself. This money does not expire and can be accumulated over time.
b) Return or replacement of defective Products
If the User believes that the Product does not meet the specifications established for said Product, they must immediately contact ARICA by email at info@aricabrand.com , providing the Product details, as well as informing them of the defect and whether they prefer a return or replacement with an identical Product.
The User may return the Products to the place where they were delivered to a courier that ARICA will send or return the Product by its own means. Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out, ARICA will send, within a reasonable period of time, an email to the User informing him/her whether the Product should be returned or replaced (the " Return or Replacement Decision "). In such case, the return or replacement of the Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of sending the Return or Replacement Decision.
In the event of a return or replacement, ARICA will fully refund the User the price of the Product, including shipping costs. If the User opts for a replacement, ARICA will cover all shipping costs.
c) Common provisions for returns
The User must meet the following requirements to exercise the right of withdrawal, as well as to be able to return and replace Products:
(i) To arrange the collection of the Product, the User must first contact ARICA by sending an email to the contact address info@aricabrand.com;
(ii) The User may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any manner permitted by law, and in all cases it shall be considered validly exercised by returning the Product;
(iii) The Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. ARICA will not refund any amount if the Product has been damaged in any way, so the User must be careful with the Product while it is in their possession; and
(iv) The refund will be made using the same payment method that the User used to pay for the Product.
Shipments take between 24 and 72 hours to the peninsular territory, not including weekends or holidays in between.
